Yes. We always advise our customers to build a roof top and put the cabin underneath of it. Not just for normal protection, it can also reduce down the interior temperature as well. When there’s a roof top on it, the risk of overflow caused by heavy rain can be reduce to 0%.

Well, this is important. First of all the land levelling should be done before you put a cabin on top of it. Because bad levelling land will affect the frame of the cabin and will affect its durability as well.

Secondly, the road clearance for the lorry crane required 12ft wide to avoid any damages to the cabin. For example trees beside the road will cause damage to the roof of the cabin during delivery. So to avoid any extra charges for repairing the cabin we required customers to be aware of the road clearance situation.

Standard cabin usually complete with pvc plywood as interior wall, electricals and wiring like plug point and aircond point, DB box and free concrete footings (5inch x 5inch x 5inch). Unless customer request to remove it but usually we include all the fittings.

Usually we charge the lorry crane services separately with the cabin. The price for transportation services will be varies based on the distance and the location of customer’s desire destination.

Yes you can if you have your own transportation then your transportation cost can be waived.
