Before customers purchase the cabins, we always advise our customer to ensure there is 12ft wide road clearance to avoid any obstacle damage the cabin during the delivery. We required the road to be this wide is because we are using 26ft – 28ft long lorry crane for delivering your cabin and it will be easier for our lorry driver to turn when facing a corner road.
Malaysia climate is either hot weather or raining season. And if your cabin is expose to sunlight or rain without any covering, the durability of the roof will keep decreasing day by day. Thus, we always advise our customers to build a rooftop on it. Not only it can help to cool down the interior temperature of the cabin but it also helps to keep away from the risk of having overflow or leaking during monsoon/ raining season.
We also advise our customers to make sure the site levelling is within the balance level so the frame of the cabin will not be disturbed and cause the cabin to malfunction or losing its durability.
What is Included
All our internal finishing of the cabin is complete with:
- PVC White Plywood to internal wall and internal ceiling
- WBP plywood and finished with vinyl sheets to internal floors
We also included electrical fittings to all the cabins unless customers not required. Electrical fittings that included are:
- LED light tube with switch
- 3-point socket
- DB box
- Aircond point
Numbers of the electrical fittings will be various by the type of cabin or requirement from customer.
We also will provide numbers of concrete footings for the cabin to stand on it. The size of the concrete footing is 5inch x 5inch x 5inch. The numbers of the footings will be various by the type of cabin or requirement from customer.
